Orders
Customers will be notified if orders cannot be fulfilled. Orders will be subject
to availability of products. If a product or order cannot be supplied one of
our staff will contact you, to suggest an alternative or to advise when a future
shipment is due.
Return and Exchanges
Olympia Trophies Corporate will replace items that arrive at their destination
faulty or damaged. Olympia requires notification within 24 hours of receipt
of delivery if an item is damaged. Items must be returned within 2 weeks of
receipt. We do not refund. We do not exchange for incorrect choice.
If a product is to be replaced for being faulty or damaged it is to be retuned
in its original condition, including packaging and proof of purchase. Delivery
and handling charges are not refundable. Please contact Olympia Trophies Corporate
directly if an item is faulty or damaged on (02) 9637-1288 or via our email
online@olympia.com.au
Goods should be sent to the following address once you have been instructed
by one of our friendly staff. Alternatively goods can be returned in person
to our Showroom.

Olympia Trophies Corporate takes great care in packaging and ensures our gifts
are of the highest quality prior to despatch. Stock is carefully checked prior
to shipment to make certain that goods are not faulty or damaged. Olympia Trophies
Corporate has tried to accurately represent products in terms of colour, size
and product attributes. Slight variations may occur in colour and size to what
is represented on your monitor.
