Once your order is finalised your parcel will be despatched and delivered by Australia Post. Delivery will be during normal business hours (8am – 5pm). Once your order has been processed the estimated turn around time for despatch is 5-10 business days.

When delivered, goods must be signed for with the carrier. If there is no one at the designated address, the parcel will be taken to the nearest (local) Post Office for you to collect. An Australia Post card will be left advising you to collect the item from the specified post office.

At Olympia Trophies Corporate we will ensure all parcels that leave the premises will be packed as well as possible. If your goods are damaged or you are missing products you must notify Olympia Trophies Corporate (02) 9637-1288 or via email online@olympia.com.au within 24 Hours of delivery. Each case will be evaluated on its own merit.
